Slapping of black law on senior APHC leader denounced
Srinagar, March 17, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir National Front (JKNF) has termed the shifting of illegally detained senior APHC leader, Shabbir Ahmad Shah, from Srinagar central jail to Kot Bhalwal jail in Jammu, under the black law, Public Safety Act, as an act of political revenge.
The JKNF in a statement in Srinagar said that the shifting of Shabbir Shah and slapping of PSA on him was a gross violation of human rights.
“New Delhi can’t break the will of the Hurriyet leaders like Shabbir Ahmad Shah and Nayeem Ahmad Khan by putting them continuously behind the bars,” he said.
