Kashmir is internationally recognised dispute: Moosvi
Srinagar, March 29, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, senior leader of the All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC), Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi has said that Kashmir is not a border issue between Pakistan and India but an internationally recognised disputed territory. Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi addressing a function in Badgam said that Kashmir was a political dispute and must be resolved politically through right to self-determination or tripartite dialogue.
He said that India was never sincere and serious in peaceful resolution of the dispute as it had a rigid and unrealistic approach towards the dispute. He said that the people of Kashmir had rendered unprecedented and countless sacrifices for Kashmir cause and their struggle would not be allowed to go waste.
He also demanded immediate release of all illegally-detained Kashmiri Hurriyet leaders and activists languishing in different jails of India and the occupied territory.
