Lahore, December 15, 2014 (PPI-OT): The LCCI training program “Certificate in Export Management” is starting from December 16th (today). The basic objective of LCCI initiative is to equip young entrepreneurs and potential export managers with state of the art exporting skills. The registration is already in progress and keeping in view the importance of the training program; people are rushing to reserve their seats as December 12, 2014 would be the last date for registration.
The program has been designed to make participants capable of independently starting their own exporting businesses and ultimately play their significant role in enhancing country’s exports to minimize the trade deficit.
Extremely skilled trainers well versed with their subject and having vast practical knowledge of their field would conduct the training program. Participants would be awarded certificate of participation and LCCI is optimistic that said certificate would be welcomed by the employers while appointing export managers in their companies.
After highly successful introduction of IT training courses, LCCI has taken this valued initiative which would help potential entrepreneurs and exporters develop necessary skills to emerge as a successful
exporter. LCCI has already organized a similar export training program in 2010 which earned great reputation for the institution.
This program would have some distinct features as it would be a great mix of theory and practice; although edifying the participants with practical aspects of exports would be highly emphasized. LCCI is of the view that the only way to eradicate unemployment from the country is to educate people with practical knowledge of starting and running their own businesses which is only possible through Industry –Academia linkage.
The LCCI has also finalized foreign language courses that would also be launched very soon. Considering the rising demand from the industrialists and traders, LCCI has expressed its intention to continue such training programs of practical nature in future as well to provide not only trained professionals to the industry but also encourage new people to start their own ventures to create employment opportunities in the country. People from the Industry and Academia have highly appreciated this initiative and lauded LCCI for organizing such a marvelous program which was a dire need of the hour.
