Faisalabad Electric Supply Company strongly contradicted the allegations of overbilling

Faisalabad: Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has strongly contradicted the allegations of over billing and claimed that FESCO administration had already taken sufficient measures to discourage over billing throughout FESCO.

A spokesman of FESCO said here that Chief Executive FESCO has already issued written directives to all Managers Operation, Deputy Managers Operation and Assistant Manager Operation to avoid over billing with a warning that strict action would be taken against the official found involved in this unwanted practice.

He said that officers have also been directed to take immediate action on the complaints of overbilling. In this connection strict action should be taken against the official bringing bad name to the company.

The spokesman further said that Chief Engineer/ Chief Commercial Officer Ghazanfar Ali Khan Baloch is personally supervising this process and in case of any complaints consumers could submit written application to their concern Manager Operation.

Moreover, the complaints could also be lodged with monitoring cell of Chief Executive Officer, Customer Service Centres, 118, Toll Free No. 0800-66554, Fax No. 041-9220233. The spokesman said that immediate action would be taken on these complaints in addition to taking departmental action against the responsible elements
