PAKISTAN BEAT WEST INDIES TO CLINCH ODI SERIES BY 2-1

Pakistan beat West Indies by six wickets in the third and final One Day International at Providence in Guyana last night, winning the three match series 2-1.

Batting first West Indies scored 233 runs for the loss of nine wickets in the allotted fifty overs.

In reply, Pakistan achieved the target for the loss of four wickets in 43.1 overs.

Pakistan’s Shoaib Malik scored unbeaten 101 and was declared player of the match as well as series.
