Legislative activity in the 15th National Assembly, which was dissolved on Thursday achieved an impressive feat by passing a total of 235 bills.
Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency in its report said Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif reflected a much better figure of 17 percent attendance of the Assembly sittings as against former Prime Minister Imran Khan who showed a dismal 11percent attendance.
The 15th National Assembly was the 4th one which completed its term.
Furthermore, the Assembly took proactive steps towards addressing key concerns by adopting resolutions.
