Israeli forces arrest 18 Palestinians in West Bank, Jerusalem
Jerusalem (OIC-UNA) – At least 18 Palestinians were detained by Israeli forces on Sunday night during raids in the West Bank, mainly in Nablus area, and in the occupied East Jerusalem, according to local sources.
Israeli army reportedly arrested ten Palestinians from Nablus area, including eight from the village of Qusra, to the south of the city alone, WAFA reported.
Army also arrested four Palestinians from Jenin refugee camp, north of the West Bank, and at least one from the village of Taqou, to the east of Bethlehem.
Meanwhile, in Jerusalem, Israeli police stormed the neighborhood of al-Issawiya and arrested a number of Palestinian citizens, of whom only three were identified.
