Pakistan to welcome Austrian investment: Secretary Production
Islamabad: The Secretary Production, Gul Muhammad Rind has said that the Ministry would look into the offer made by M/s INTECO Technologies, Austria, for transfer of technology for Balancing, Modernization, Restructuring and Expansion (BMRE) project of Heavy Mechanical Complex(HMC).“The Austrian Technology can help boost the production and efficiency of HMC”, the Secretary remarked during a presentation by the company, here today in Islamabad.
Dr. Raimer Tarmann, Senior Vice President of INTECO, apprised the participants that the company provides consultancy for production of steel with stringent requirement s of specifications. Moreover, the company has offered steel melting unit and process technology. Mr. Raimer further told that M/s INTECO Technologies, Austria is a world renowned company and deals in design, manufacturing of equipment, project management and establishment of special steel production units. Experts of the company would provide HMC the necessary details regarding equipment and budgetary proposal for the future set-up.
