4 Indian Yatris killed in gas cylinder explosion in IOK

Srinagar, July 22, 2014 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, four people working at a community kitchen at Baltal base camp of Amarnath Yatra in Ganderbal district were charred to death after the kitchen caught fire, this morning. The kitchen reportedly caught fire when a gas cylinder exploded in a free kitchen (langar) at Baltal camp.

Media reports said that the workers were preparing breakfast for Amarnath pilgrims when the kitchen, located in a tin shed, caught fire. Fire tenders rushed to the spot and doused the blaze. Police has started investigating the cause of the fire and identifying the bodies.
