JKLF condemns house detention of Malik, other leaders
Srinagar, March 20, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) has strongly condemned the continued house arrest of its Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik and other Hurriyet leaders and activists and termed it illegal and unjust.
The JKLF spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said that India had declared an undeclared war against the people of Kashmir by holding crackdowns on the innocent Kashmiris especially the youth and students.
He also denounced the raids of Indian police on the JKLF office in Islamabad town and on the houses of its leaders including Noor Muhammad Kalwal, Muhammad Yasin Butt and Bashir Kashmiri.
The spokesman described the actions as frustration of the authorities and said that the people of Kashmir could not be prevented from their liberation struggle.
