Peace in region linked to Kashmir settlement: JKNF
Srinagar, March 24, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir National Front (JKNF), a constituent of the All Parties Hurriyet Conference, has said that permanent peace in the region is not possible until the Kashmir dispute is settled in accordance with the Kashmiris’ aspirations.
The JKNF spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar deplored that the puppet administrations had created silence of graveyard in the territory through use of force. He said that the occupation authorities were using every undemocratic and uncivilized way to suppress the Kashmiri people.
“Almost all the genuine political leaders of Kashmir have been jailed. Some of them are lodged in jails while others are placed under house arrest,” he said, adding that under the same policy of the so-called rulers APHC leader and the JKNF Chairman, Nayeem Ahmad Khan, was re-arrested immediately after his he was released on the court orders.
