Army trying to revive Ikhwani Raj in IOK: Puppet minister
Srinagar, August 01 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the National Conference leader and puppet Minister, Mohammad Akbar Lone has said police are helpless before Indian army and added that army is trying to revive Ikhwani Raj. In the territory.
Mohammad Akbar Lone in a media interview in Srinagar said, “Army killed two youth in Markundal area. I lodged murder case against them but police is adopting delaying tactics to get the guilty troopers punished.”
Asserting that police are helpless before army, he said, “Due to this helplessness not a single trooper has been punished for committing human rights violations in the territory. Due to inaction of police, army personnel now believe that nobody can dare to prosecute and punish them for killing innocent people”.
The puppet minister said army is eager and hell-bent to revive ‘Ikhwani Raj’ in Kashmir. “It was Army, which encouraged Ikhwanis especially Kuka Parray to indulge in death and destruction. At the behest of Army, Kuka Parray went on rampage and indulged in scores of carnages. His sons are equally responsible for the killing of innocent people and the property they have acquired belongs to people of Kashmir”, he maintained.
