Islamabad: Seven hundred and ninety-six Afghan Taliban operatives have so far been killed and over one thousand and forty-three injured during the ongoing Operation Ghazab Lil-Haq.
According to Radio Pakistan, the latest updates were shared by Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar on his X handle today. Two hundred and eighty-six check posts have been destroyed, while forty-four others were captured by Pakistan's security forces. Additionally, two hundred and forty-nine tanks, armoured vehicles, and artillery guns have been destroyed during the operation.
Eighty-one terrorists and terrorist support infrastructure locations across Afghanistan have also been effectively targeted by air. Attaullah Tarar also mentioned that an attempt to physically attack a border post in Ghulam Khan Sector by Afghan Taliban and Fitna Al Khwarij was comprehensively foiled, resulting in the death of thirty-seven members and injuries to over eighty on the night of last Thursday and Friday.
