Body of missing civilian found in Kupwara

Srinagar, October 20, 2014 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, body of a missing civilian was recovered in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

Body of one Farooq Ahmad Malkar, was recovered from Gujjar Pati in Trehgam area of the district.

“The deceased was missing since August 15, 2014,” police said. The police had registered a case and investigation had been started in this regard.

On the other hand, a 15-year old girl and a child were critically injured when they touched explosive material outside the house in Tral.

Meanwhile, Indian police arrested four persons in connection with the IED blast that left two Indian troops injured and damaged the Indian army’s Jammer vehicle at Chakloo area of Nadihal in Baramulla.
