Arrests, raids show frustration of puppet regime: APHC
Srinagar, November 28, 2014 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyet Conference has strongly denounced the arrests and harassment of youth by Indian police during raids across the territory.
The APHC spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said that such dictatorial acts showed the frustration and high handedness of the puppet authorities. “Imprisoning pro-freedom leaders or placing them under house detention and arrest of hundreds of youth violate the basic code of human rights and tenets of democratic principles. Such acts depict the hollowness of the so-called democratic election process in Kashmir,” he stated.
The spokesman deplored that even those youth were not being spared who risked their lives while saving people in recent devastating floods when the puppet regime was sleeping.
