Srinagar, September 10, 2015 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Freedom League (JKPFL), has expressed serious concern over the plight of the illegally detained Kashmiris languishing in different jails of India and demanded their shifting to the Kashmir Valley. The JKPFL General Secretary, Muhammad Ramzan Khan, in a statement issued in Srinagar deplored that some prisoners were not being released despite completing their sentences which was the worst human rights violation.

He said that the prisoners including Ali Muhammad Butt, Mehmood Topiwala, Abdul Ghani Goni, Javaid Ahmad Khan, Lateef Ahmad Waza, Farooq Ahmad Daga and Ghulam Muhammad Butt, had been languishing in Tihar Jail of New Delhi and other prisons of India for last more than 20 years but were not being given justice.
