Pakistan Tanners Association expresses satisfaction over peaceful transportation of hides and skins

Karachi, September 29, 2015 (PPI-OT): Pakistan Tanners Association (PTA) South Zone has expressed its satisfaction over the peaceful and smooth transportation of hides and skins to the Zannery Zone during Eid ul Adha. The Chairman, PTA, Rehan Hannan and Convenor Law and Order Committee and CPLC-NC, Fawad Jawed have expressed their gratitude to the law enforcing agencies especially D.G Rangers Sindh and his team, DIG East and SSP Police East for making necessary arrangements for peaceful transportation of skins and hides to the collection centers set up in Tannery Zone.

They said that unlike previous years no significant incident has been reported by any collection center or the transporting staff in the city. They said that if the peaceful atmosphere would be maintained in future as well, the city once again will become the most earning and job providing city economic activities would again flourish. He said that due to the water scarecity in Tannery Zone several industries have closed down in past few years.
