Riyadh (IINA) � The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) on Wednesday discussed the ongoing preparations for the consultative meeting of the leaders of the GCC countries, the Arab Gulf Summit and the Arab-Islamic-US Summit, scheduled to be held on Sunday.
The Arab-Islamic-US summit will be hosted in Riyadh on Sunday during the visit of US President Donald Trump to Saudi Arabia, Arab News reported.
Taking part in the 143rd session of the Ministerial Council, the ministers also reviewed a number of reports regarding implementation of the decisions of the Supreme Council, memos and reports submitted by the ministerial committees and the GCC Secretariat, and topics related to strategic dialogues between GCC countries and a number of other countries and the global blocs.
They also discussed the latest regional and international developments, and efforts to strengthen international counter-terrorism efforts.
