Under this MoU, strong linkages between the organizations working under the aegis of Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) and State Engineering Corporation (SEC) will be developed. This MoU will help in establishing links between National Research Organizations and leading Engineering Organizations. He was very optimistic in the expected outcomes of this joint venture as commercialization of laboratory ideas and technology will not only widen the scope of practical utilization of expertise of our PhD scholars on market demand driven basis but also help the industrial field to better cope with the changing trends in the world. This will not only help in up grading the production capacity of the industries but also allow them to conceive new ideas related to technological requirements, have a testing facility at minimal possible cost and have greater opportunities in competing internationally.

MoST having immense potential in their respective fields shall transform their research and development work/ accomplishment into tangible output as prototype and viable industrial products by availing facilities and capabilities of SEC. MoST and SEC will jointly look into the possibilities of capitalizing opportunities available under CPEC. “As the China Pakistan Economic Corridor will be a game changer not only for the two countries but also for the region at large. It is the foremost duty of every citizen of Pakistan to come forward and help set the nation towards the right path of progress and prosperity.
