Deputy Prime Minister’s Visit to China Highlights Strategic Partnership

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar will undertake a visit to China tomorrow at the invitation of China's Foreign Minister, Wang Yi. Pakistan and China maintain an all-weather strategic cooperative partnership, which is marked by close coordination and regular consultations on various regional and international issues.

According to Radio Pakistan, the visit will offer both countries an opportunity to engage in in-depth discussions on regional developments, as well as bilateral and global issues of mutual interest. Despite medical advice to rest due to a hairline shoulder fracture, the Deputy Prime Minister's decision to proceed with the visit underscores the significance Pakistan places on its relationship with China.
