Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar held a phone conversation with Egyptian Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Abdelatty, exchanging views on recent regional developments, including the situation between Pakistan and Afghanistan. Ishaq Dar underlined that Pakistan's response has been measured but decisive to unprovoked aggression, with the Armed Forces carrying out successful operations under Operation Ghazab lil Haq to safeguard the country's sovereignty and territorial integrity.

According to Radio Pakistan, both leaders highlighted the importance of peace and stability in the region and agreed to remain in touch on evolving developments.
