Islamabad: The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has exposed the false propaganda of the Afghan and Indian media regarding the arrest of a Pakistani pilot. The propaganda machineries of the Afghan and Indian have become active following Pakistan armed Forces decisive action against the Afghan Taliban regime. The Afghan Ministry of Defence had made a concocted claim that Afghan forces shot down a Pakistani fighter jet in Nangarhar and arrested the pilot.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Ministry exposing this claim said the Pakistani authorities, international media, and defence institutions have not confirmed the loss of any aircraft. The baseless claim made by Afghan authorities was widely spread by the Indian media and Afghan propaganda outlets. The image released by Afghanistan is of a Russian aircraft crashed in Turkiye in the year 2021.
Due to the absence of ground realities, the ridiculous claims of India and Afghanistan are being described as mere deception and humiliation. According to international experts, the Afghan Taliban regime is making a failed attempt to cover up its humiliating defeat by spreading anti-Pakistan fake news. They say deleting anti-Pakistan propaganda from the accounts of official spokesperson and official accounts of the Afghan Taliban regime after spreading it, is a shameful act. They further said that fanning an organized anti-Pakistan propaganda campaign has become a brand of the Indian and Afghan media outlets.
