Gilgit-baltistan: Gilgit-Baltistan caretaker Chief Minister Yar Muhammad Nasir has described the federal government's solar scheme for the region's residents as a historic and revolutionary initiative. He emphasized that this project aims to tackle the persistent energy challenges faced by the area. According to Radio Pakistan, the chief minister stated that the project will provide fifty-eight Mega Watt solar systems. Of this allocation, forty Mega Watt is designated for domestic consumers, while eighteen Mega Watt will be allocated to small businesses and IT-related enterprises.
