Federal Non Formal Education Policy 2025 Being Formulated: Maqbool

Islamabad: Minister for Education and Professional Training Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui has announced that a federal non formal education policy for 2025 is currently being formulated. Addressing an event at Allama Iqbal Open University, he emphasized the government’s commitment to achieving zero out-of-school children.

According to Radio Pakistan, the minister detailed efforts to integrate out-of-school children into the education system through accelerated learning programs. These initiatives aim to provide educational opportunities to children who are currently not attending school.

Siddiqui also highlighted plans to introduce a comprehensive management framework and a standard assessment system for teachers. This move is expected to enhance the quality of education and ensure consistent teaching standards across the country.
