Government Expands Roshan Digital Account Scheme to Foreign Nationals and Investors

Islamabad: The government, under the directives of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, has decided to expand the Roshan Digital Account scheme to include foreign nationals and institutional investors. This strategic move was announced by Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb.

According to Radio Pakistan, the new policy will allow foreign nationals, companies, and institutional investors to open Roshan Digital Accounts. These accounts will enable investors to invest in government securities and Naya Pakistan Certificates, known for their attractive rates of return.

The Finance Minister emphasized that this decision will enhance Pakistan's appeal as an investment destination and contribute to the deepening of the country's financial markets. Muhammad Aurangzeb extended an invitation to investors worldwide to explore the opportunities available in Pakistan and to collaborate in the nation's economic growth.
