Minister for Religious Affairs Muhammad Talha Mehmood says all possible facilities will be provided to Pakistani pilgrims during this year’s Hajj and no compromise will be made on the quality of services.
In a statement on Monday, the Minister said he is personally supervising all aspects of the Hajj arrangements and emphasized that the Ministry is working tirelessly to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free experience.
He confirmed that the best accommodation and quality food arrangements are already underway and the travel facility for intending pilgrims would be top-notch.
About the rumors regarding the collection of additional charges related to Zam’zam water, the Minister clarified that no extra amount is being collected from the pilgrims.
He confirmed that the Zam’zam water dues have been included in the Hajj package since 2017, and no pilgrim would be asked to pay any extra amount for the same.
