Islamabad: Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, with very hot conditions anticipated in south Punjab, upper Sindh, and eastern and southern Balochistan during the next twelve hours. According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature recorded in major cities this morning included Islamabad at twenty-one degrees centigrade, Lahore and Peshawar at twenty-three, Karachi at twenty-eight, Quetta at seventeen, Gilgit at thirteen, Murree at twelve, and Muzaffarabad at nineteen degrees centigrade. The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir suggests dry weather in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, and Baramula, while Jammu will experience hot and dry conditions, and partly cloudy weather is expected in Anantnag and Shopian. The temperature recorded this morning in these areas was nineteen degrees centigrade in Srinagar, Pulwama, and Baramula, twenty-four in Jammu, three in Leh, and eighteen degrees centigrade in Anantnag and Shopian.
