Hot and Dry Weather to Prevail Across Most of the Country

Islamabad: Hot and dry weather is expected to dominate most parts of the country over the next twelve hours. This weather pattern is likely to persist, bringing elevated temperatures and dry conditions to several regions.

According to Radio Pakistan, while the majority of the country will experience these hot and dry conditions, there is a possibility of partly cloudy weather with isolated rain, wind, and thunderstorms in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Pothohar region, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir. These areas might see some relief from the heat due to the potential for scattered precipitation.

The temperatures recorded in major cities this morning reflect the ongoing hot spell: Islamabad registered at twenty-four degrees centigrade, Lahore at twenty-eight, Karachi at twenty-seven, Peshawar at twenty-six, Quetta and Gilgit both at seventeen, Murree at sixteen, and Muzaffarabad at twenty-one degrees centigrade.

The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir indicates partly cloudy conditions in Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula. The morning temperatures in these areas were recorded as follows: Srinagar and Anantnag at fifteen degrees centigrade, Jammu at twenty-five, Leh at five, Pulwama at fourteen, Shopian at thirteen, and Baramula at nineteen degrees centigrade.
