Islamabad: Mainly hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. However, rain-wind/thundershowers are anticipated at isolated places in upper Punjab, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Kashmir. According to Radio Pakistan, the temperatures recorded in major cities this morning were as follows: Islamabad at twenty-seven degrees centigrade, Lahore at thirty-one, Karachi and Peshawar at twenty-nine, Quetta at twenty-three, Gilgit at nineteen, Murree at sixteen, and Muzaffarabad at twenty-four degrees centigrade. For Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the forecast predicts partly cloudy weather with chances of rain-wind/thundershowers in areas such as Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, and Shopian. Partly cloudy weather with chances of light rain-thunderstorm is expected in Baramula. The temperatures recorded this morning were: Srinagar, Anantnag, and Baramula at nineteen degrees centigrade, Jammu at twenty-five, Leh at eleven, and Pulwama and Shopian at eighteen degrees centigrade.
