Colombo: In the Super Eight stage of the ICC T20 World Cup, New Zealand defeated Sri Lanka by 61 runs in Colombo tonight. According to Radio Pakistan, New Zealand set a target of 168 runs in their allotted twenty overs, losing seven wickets in the process. In response, Sri Lanka managed to score only 107 runs for the loss of eight wickets in their twenty-over innings.
