Islamabad police trace 15 blind murder cases; arrest 23 killers
Islamabad, January 01, 2018 (PPI-OT):Islamabad Police have traced a total of 15 blind murder cases during the last year. The police have collected vital evidences against 23 culprits involved in this crime and submitted the challans of these cases into concerned courts, a police spokesman said. SSP IslamabadSajjid Kiani assigned special task to heads ofall police stations of Islamabad police to resolve murder cases and provide relief to the families of victims. He in his directions said that there is no alternate to life, however, it is the responsibility of police to trace the killers of innocent people and provide justice to the bereaved families.
He directed to give priority to investigation of murder cases and book the culprits. Following these directions, police stations in Islamabad worked hard to trace the blind murder cases and succeeded to trace 15 blind murder cases, arrested a total of 23 alleged killers after collecting forensic as well as other vital evidences.
Every available resources and latest investigation techniques were used to resolve these cases. Islamabad police nabbed23persons for their involvement in these blind murder cases and challans of these cases were submitted into court after arresting the culprits and collection of evidences against them.
According to details, Bhara Kahu, Bani Gala, Sectreriot, Golra, Shalimar and Koralpolice stationstraced out 1 case each and arrested 10culprits. Lohi Bher and Industrial Areaand Shehzad Town police stations traced out 2 cases each and arrested 10 culprits.
Sabzi Mandi police station traced out 3 cases and arrested 3 culprits. SSP Islamabad Sajjid Kianihave appreciated this performance and announced to award cash prizes and commendation certificates to those police officials who successfully investigated into these murder cases and arrested the culprits. SSP Islamabad Sajjid Kianihas also directed all SDPOs and SHOs to further enhance their professional capabilities for combating crimes and ensure the protection of life and property of citizens.
