Karachi, Kohinoor Textile Mills Limited has successfully completed its buy-back of 201,500 ordinary shares at Rs. 53.00 per share, pursuant to the Special Resolution passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 03, 2023. The buy-back was carried out in compliance with regulation 6(e) of the Listed Companies (Buy­ Back of Shares) Regulations, 2019. The purchase took place during today’s (August 02, 2023) trading session of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited.
