We would like to introduce Digital Learning and Skills Enrichment Initiative (DLSEI). DLSEI is an initiative of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) in partnership with Coursera Inc. HEC acquired 24,000 licenses at discounted pricing. The Program was formally launched on March 24, 2021.

HEC through its initiative “Digital Learning and Skills Enrichment Initiative (DLSEI)”, intends to provide an opportunity to Students, Alumni, and Faculty members of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to secure Certifications from world-renowned universities, which will enhance their learning capabilities and skills for professional development. A verified certificate from a world-renowned online platform can serve as proof for an employer that the learner is abreast with cutting-edge tools and skills needed for a competitive market. Under a single license, learners can get access to over 1200+ courses, “Guided Projects, Specializations, and Professional Certificates” on Coursera, taught by top instructors from leading universities and companies.
