Karachi, Lucky Core Industries Limited will hold a Board of Directors meeting on June 10, 2024, at Karachi and through video conferencing, to discuss and approve the company’s budget for the fiscal year July 01, 2024 to June 30, 2025. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the meeting will focus on budget approvals for the upcoming fiscal year.

The company has also declared a “Closed Period” from June 03, 2024, to June 10, 2024, as mandated by Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. During this period, no director, chief executive officer, or executive is permitted to deal in the company’s shares in any manner.
