Islamabad: Mainly hot and humid weather is expected in most plain areas of the country, while partly cloudy conditions are anticipated in the northern regions over the next twelve hours. According to Radio Pakistan, temperatures recorded this morning in major cities were as follows: Islamabad at twenty-six degrees centigrade, Lahore at thirty, Karachi and Peshawar both at twenty-eight, Quetta at twenty, Gilgit at sixteen, Murree at seventeen, and Muzaffarabad at twenty-four degrees centigrade. In the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir region, the weather forecast predicts partly cloudy and dry conditions in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramulla. Meanwhile, Jammu can expect hot and humid weather. The morning temperatures recorded in these areas were: Srinagar, Pulwama, and Shopian at seventeen degrees centigrade, Jammu at twenty-eight, Leh at seven, Anantnag at eighteen, and Baramulla at nineteen degrees centigrade.
