Mainly Hot, Humid Weather Expected Across the Country

Islamabad: Mainly hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. According to Radio Pakistan, temperatures recorded this morning in major cities indicate the continuation of warm conditions. Islamabad and Muzafarabad both recorded temperatures of twenty-four degrees centigrade. Lahore experienced a higher temperature of twenty-nine degrees, while Karachi and Peshawar each recorded twenty-eight degrees. Quetta had a morning temperature of twenty-three degrees, and cooler conditions were noted in Gilgit and Murree, both at seventeen degrees centigrade. For Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the weather forecast suggests partly cloudy and dry conditions in several regions including Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula. This morning's temperatures in these areas were recorded as follows: Srinagar, Anantnag, and Shopian at seventeen degrees centigrade, Jammu at twenty-six degrees, Leh at twelve degrees, and Pulwama and Baramula at sixteen degrees centigrade.
