Mushtaq-ul-Islam not presented before court in Srinagar

Srinagar, December 26, 2012 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, illegally detained liberation leader, Mushtaq-ul-Islam, who is currently lodged at Central Jail in Udhampur was not presented before the TADA court in Srinagar for trial.“Mushtaq was to be presented before the TADA Court Srinagar on December 24, but the jail authorities did not produce him before the court once again,” a spokesman of the party led by Mushtaq-ul-Islam said in a statement.

The statement while paying rich tributes to the martyred youth of Sopore and Kulgam reiterated the pledge to take the martyrs’ mission to its logical end against all odds. Meanwhile, the acting General Secretary of Muslim League Jammu Kashmir Abdul Ahad Parra in a statement expressed serious concern over the charge-sheet presented in the court by police authorities against the students who had participated in the peaceful protests against rape and murder of a girl in Kupwara.
