Islamabad: British High Commissioner to Pakistan Jane Marriott met with Federal Minister for Defence, Khawaja Muhammad Asif, in Islamabad today. During the meeting, the Defence Minister conveyed Pakistan's intention to enhance bilateral relations with the United Kingdom.

According to Radio Pakistan, the discussions between the two officials focused on mutual interests and the commitment to maintaining constructive engagement. Both parties emphasized the need to bolster the longstanding partnership between Pakistan and the United Kingdom.
