Astore:The Pakistan Army has completed the construction of a 66-kilometer road connecting Astore to Skardu.
According to Radio Pakistan, this newly completed road has significantly reduced the travel time between Astore and Skardu to just a few hours. It has also restored direct access to the district headquarters for eight villages in the Phoota Khas Valley of Gultari.
The completion of this road is expected to enhance local trade, agriculture, and the transportation of livestock between Astore and Skardu.
