Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, while assuring the Saudi leadership of Pakistan's full solidarity and support in the current situation, has stated that Pakistan will always stand with its Saudi brothers and sisters at all times to come, and under all circumstances. He conveyed this message during a telephonic conversation with Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister expressed Pakistan's readiness to play a constructive role during this challenging period. He also prayed that the blessings of the Holy Month of Ramadan bring peace to the region at the earliest. The Prime Minister strongly condemned the increased regional tensions following the Israeli attack on Iran on Saturday, which was succeeded by attacks on other Gulf countries.

Earlier, in a post on social media platform X, Shehbaz Sharif reiterated Pakistan's complete solidarity with Saudi Arabia and the brotherly Gulf countries in these difficult times. He emphasized Pakistan's willingness to contribute towards peace and expressed a hope that Ramadan will bring calm and stability to the region.
