Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed deep sorrow over the devastating wildfires spreading across Trkiye’s Izmir province. In a post on his X handle, he extended heartfelt sympathies to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the Turkish people, praying for swift control of the fires and minimal loss of life and property.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister emphasized that Pakistan stands in full solidarity with the brave and resilient Turkish brothers and sisters. He assured that Pakistan remains ready to offer any assistance needed in this hour of need.
