PM Returns to Islamabad After Diplomatic Visits to Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has returned to Islamabad after completing his diplomatic visit to Saudi Arabia and Qatar. His return marks the conclusion of a significant two-day trip aimed at strengthening ties with these Gulf nations.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister was seen off at Doha International Airport by Qatar’s Minister of State for Mediation, Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi, alongside the Pakistani Ambassador to Qatar and other diplomatic staff. The farewell ceremony highlighted the importance of the visit in enhancing bilateral relations between Pakistan and Qatar.

During the visit, Prime Minister Sharif engaged in high-level meetings with both the Emir of Qatar and the Prime Minister of Qatar. These discussions were part of a broader effort to bolster cooperation and explore avenues for mutual benefit between the two countries.

Additionally, the Prime Minister inaugurated the “MANZAR” exhibition at the Qatar Museum, a significant event aimed at promoting
Pakistani art and culture on an international stage. This initiative is seen as a step towards enhancing cultural ties and fostering greater understanding between the peoples of Pakistan and Qatar.

Furthermore, a meeting with the Qatar Businessmen Association was held, underscoring the economic dimension of the visit. This engagement is expected to pave the way for increased business opportunities and investment prospects, contributing to the economic growth of both nations.
