Islamabad: Hot and humid weather is expected in most plain areas of the country during the next twelve hours. However, rain-wind/thundershowers are likely at isolated places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Potohar region, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, and adjoining hilly areas. According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature of major cities recorded this morning was as follows: Islamabad twenty-six degrees centigrade, Lahore thirty, Karachi twenty-seven, Peshawar twenty-nine, Quetta nineteen, Gilgit twenty-one, Murree sixteen, and Muzafarabad twenty-two degrees centigrade. The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir indicates partly cloudy weather with chances of rain thundershowers in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramulla, while hot and humid weather is expected in Jammu. The temperature recorded this morning in these areas was: Srinagar and Anantnag nineteen degrees centigrade, Jammu thirty, Leh twelve, Pulwama, Shopian, and Baramulla eighteen degrees centigrade.
