The United Nations says its position on Jammu and Kashmir dispute remains unchanged. At a press briefing in New York, Deputy Spokesperson for the UN Secretary General, Farhan Haq, said the final settlement of the dispute concerning Jammu and Kashmir is to be reached by peaceful means, in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and full respect for human rights.
