Chaman: President Asif Ali Zardari has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the gas cylinder explosion in the Torpal area of Chaman. In a statement today, he conveyed his heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the bereaved families over the loss of precious lives, including children, in the tragic incident.

According to Radio Pakistan, the President directed the relevant authorities to ensure provision of the best possible medical facilities to those injured in the explosion. Asif Ali Zardari emphasized that the establishment of an effective and efficient regulatory system is imperative to prevent such tragic incidents in the future.
