Karachi: President Asif Ali Zardari has extended his warm felicitations to President of Mauritius, Dharambeer Gokhool on the auspicious occasion of the National Day of Mauritius. In a statement, the President highlighted that Pakistan attaches great importance to its cordial relations with Mauritius, which are marked by mutual trust and constructive cooperation at both bilateral and multilateral fora.

According to Radio Pakistan, Zardari noted the growing engagement between the leadership of both nations and the steady expansion of cooperation in areas of shared interest. He emphasized the considerable potential to further strengthen collaboration through enhanced people-to-people contacts, as well as in the fields of trade, education, culture, and tourism.

Asif Ali Zardari expressed his confidence that the friendly relations between the two countries would continue to deepen in the years ahead, to the mutual benefit of the people of both countries.
