Qaim Ali Shah, Chief Secretary, Inspector General of Police meets President
Sukkur, July 29, 2012 (PPI-OT): The President of Pakistan, Mr. Asif Ali Zardari met Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Chief Secretary Government of Sindh, Inspector General of Police (IGP) and other high officials and discussed about the law and order situation of the province including Karachi.
The President issued orders to the high officials regarding maintenance of peace and tranquillity in the Province. He said that life and property of common man must be safeguarded at any cost.
The President was given a detailed briefing about the ongoing schemes of the government in the province. He stressed on the completion of the Government Projects and developmental work as soon as possible. The President praised the efforts of Chief Minister Sindh on holding Cabinet Meetings in different districts of the province and providing relief at the doorsteps to the people.
He emphasized that the members of National as well as Provincial assembly must visit their respective constituencies and take immediate efforts for the resolution of problems of common man.
