Rain and Thunderstorms Forecasted for Parts of the Country

Islamabad: Rain-windstorm and thunderstorms are anticipated in specific regions of western Punjab, northeastern and southern Balochistan, lower Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, and Gilgit Baltistan. Hailstorms are also predicted in certain areas during this period. Isolated rain-thunderstorms are expected in northeast Punjab and the Pothohar region. Other parts of the country are likely to experience partly cloudy weather conditions.

According to Radio Pakistan, the temperatures recorded this morning in major cities are as follows: Islamabad at sixteen degrees Celsius, Lahore at twenty, Karachi at twenty-five, Peshawar at seventeen, Quetta at eleven, Gilgit at ten, Murree at six, and Muzaffarabad at twelve degrees Celsius.

The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir indicates that Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula might experience partly cloudy weather with chances of rain and wind thunderstorms. Jammu and Leh are expected to have partly cloudy weather. The recorded temperatures this morning were: Srinagar at seven degrees, Jammu at seventeen, Leh at minus-three, Pulwama, Anantnag, and Baramula at six, and Shopian at five degrees Celsius.
