Karachi, The Board of Directors of a Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) listed company has appointed Mr. Raza Elahi as the Independent Director, effective May 31, 2024. Mr. Elahi will serve for the remaining term of the Board, replacing Mr. Saif Hasan. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), TRE Certificates Holders of the Exchange have been notified of this change.
