Quetta: Minister for Railways Hanif Abbasi and Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti held a meeting in Quetta to discuss the restoration of the railway system in Balochistan, the launch of the People's Train Service, and various joint venture projects. According to Radio Pakistan, an agreement in principle was reached on launching joint development projects, including the People's Train Service in Balochistan. Chief Minister Bugti announced that 1.4 billion rupees would be released this week for the implementation of the People's Train Service in Quetta.
